Makes 12 For the cupcakes:  125g flour100g unsalted softened butter100g sugar2 medium eggs1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon milk  For the icing: 75g butter125g icing sugar2 tablespoons coffee  2 tablespoons waterPandaguru is the best chef in town and will teach you how to make coffee cream cupcakes! He may return in the future, you never know. This recipe is absolutely delicious and very simple. Great for people who love coffee! It was my friends birthday and we had a sleepover so I bought them round
They were delicious! I even made double icing and put the leftovers in the fridge till it hardened and made little cubes out of it and put them on cocktail sticks and poked little faces in them. everyone loved it!
